You may return items you purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Once a return is accepted (and return shipping label is issued), you will have 14 days to return the item.
We will issue your refund within 3 business days after we receive the returned item and checked it for the issues stated. The time which takes your bank to process our refund request might be up to 7 business days depending on the financial institution.
